Country Director – Market Expansion (Sierra Leone)

About the role

Trade Admire Group is seeking an experienced senior leader to establish and grow its market presence in Sierra Leone. Based in Freetown, the Country Director – Market Expansion will design and execute the company’s entry strategy, creating sustainable commercial channels across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Trade Admire Group’s market entry and expansion plan in Sierra Leone.
• Identify and evaluate strategic business, investment and commercial opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with local companies, investors, distributors, manufacturers and industry leaders.
• Establish partnerships across trade, manufacturing, logistics, mining, distribution and infrastructure ecosystems.
• Connect international businesses, particularly from India, the Middle East, Europe and wider Africa, with relevant opportunities in Sierra Leone.
• Represent Trade Admire Group in relevant business and industry networks.
• Contribute to the broader West Africa and international growth strategy of the Group.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Sierra Leone market and its business ecosystem.
• Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, market expansion or international business.
• Established professional network within Sierra Leone.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Track record of developing strategic partnerships and cross‑border initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create opportunities from the ground up.
