About the role
The Human Resources & Administration Manager will support line managers and employees throughout the employee life‑cycle, from recruitment to payroll and employee engagement. This role combines strategic HR policy development with day‑to‑day administration and facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits in partnership with senior leadership.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programmes.
- Administer HR information systems and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Submit monthly payroll data within deadlines.
- Handle facilities management, workplace safety, procurement, travel logistics, and document management.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial HR or administration role.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting.
