Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

The Non‑Key Expert will support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme by managing knowledge, producing editorial content, and enhancing communication and visibility of policy and technical outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets for the partnership.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies and policy briefs.
• Maintain and update digital knowledge platforms.
• Ensure visibility of programme activities through EU‑compliant communication channels.
• Disseminate technical and policy content to diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum 1 year experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) is a plus.
