Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role involves monitoring contracts and activities, supporting financial reporting, and coordinating meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and activities and assist with financial reporting.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities across stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes.
• Experience in Africa is an asset.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (asset).
