Finance Officer – Fixed‑Term (6 months)

About the role

The Finance Officer will support day‑to‑day accounting operations for Power Solutions on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role ensures accurate processing of invoices, receipts, depreciation, and expense allocations while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Power Solutions invoicing and receipt matching.
• Run and post monthly depreciation in Xero and keep fixed‑asset schedules up to date.
• Prepare and post monthly expense reports with proper documentation.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for Vault Card, AMEX, and Citibank accounts.
• Process corporate expense allocations from Azimuth and re‑allocate across business units.
• Handle intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Post PayGo expense liquidations and verify supporting documents.
• Support month‑end close activities and respond to finance queries.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation in line with record‑keeping standards.

Required skills
