Jewelry Store Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Jewelry Store Manager to lead the operations of our showroom, achieve sales targets and ensure excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Monitor expenses and ensure efficient utilization of store resources.
• Maintain customer records and sales‑related documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, stock requirements and operational issues.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• 5–10 years experience in jewelry retail or luxury retail, preferably managing a team and handling high‑value sales.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of jewelry retail and showroom operations.
• Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control, MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
