About the role

Coca‑Cola FEMSA is seeking a Machine Operator to join its production line. The role involves executing daily operational check‑lists, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring equipment runs at nominal speeds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete operational check‑lists at the start of each shift and verify daily production schedule.
• Confirm resource availability on the line and request additional resources when needed.
• Fill safety, shift‑change, quality, input and production control logs.
• Monitor input and output variables; correct deviations within defined ranges or request support.
• Maintain equipment nominal speeds, identify technical or behavioral deviations, and apply corrective actions.
• Perform set‑up tasks respecting planned times.
• Start and stop the production line according to planning from production control.
• Participate in daily/weekly team meetings.
• Return inputs at the end of each production cycle.
• Update indicator management boards under your responsibility.
• Create and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Generate maintenance notifications (e.g., SAP notes) and assist with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance orders.

Required profile

• Completed elementary education.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet handling.
