Product Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join Talent Gaze on a part‑time, hybrid basis in Port Loko. You will help turn market opportunities into high‑impact products by conducting research, analysing data and working closely with cross‑functional teams from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to identify needs and trends.
• Analyse data and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and business teams to shape product roadmaps.
• Prepare documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate experiments, pilots and product iterations.
• Support product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong market research and analytical abilities.
• Experience in R&D or product management.
• Effective communication and ability to convey complex information.
• Self‑management skills to handle multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with basic project‑management practices and tools.
• Proficiency with common productivity software.
• Previous product development or innovation experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, engineering, social sciences or related fields is preferred.
