SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The successful candidate will shape keyword strategies, optimise on‑page elements, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost our online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC performance, and SEO metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
