Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging visual and written content across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Manage community interactions: monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling ability.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities using desktop or mobile applications.
• Experience shooting and editing video on smartphones and professional cameras.
