ADP Manager – Program Implementation & Financial Accountability

About the role

The ADP Manager will lead the design, implementation and financial oversight of ADP projects, ensuring they meet organizational standards, child‑protection policies and local regulations. This role works closely with community teams, frontline staff and sponsors to deliver high‑impact programs for vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure ADP projects comply with IPF/FRS standards, SOPs and child‑protection requirements.
• Develop detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) and produce regular project reports, budgets and financial reviews.
• Respond to audit and evaluation recommendations, reporting progress quarterly.
• Utilize monitoring systems such as iMPAQ, FRS, Hope and Sun6 to track program effectiveness.
• Coordinate implementation of all funding streams, achieving 95‑100% of planned spending.
• Build capacity of community, frontline and sponsorship staff on SOPs and child‑protection practices.
• Maintain key performance indicators in the green zone for at least 11 months per year.
• Promote a transformational, biblical worldview to improve child wellbeing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management within a humanitarian or non‑profit context.
• Strong understanding of child‑protection standards and community‑based development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and audit processes.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple funding streams and stakeholder groups.
