About the role

World Vision is seeking a Child Protection Quality Lead to provide technical leadership for its Child Protection programme in the West Bank. The role will guide the design, adaptation and quality assurance of interventions, ensuring they meet international standards and the organisation’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development, design and adaptation of the Child Protection programme, aligning with WVI guidelines and inter‑agency standards.
  • Support national strategy development to embed child protection and participation approaches.
  • Provide technical input for programme development and grant proposals.
  • Review zonal and area budgets, indicators and plans, offering advice to improve technical quality.
  • Coordinate testing and piloting of new child protection models with partners.
  • Assess project activities, deliver feedback, and document successes and impact.
  • Conduct field monitoring visits, identify best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning across the West Bank team.
  • Coach and advise zonal staff to ensure high‑quality implementation.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in child protection programme design and quality management.
  • Strong understanding of inter‑agency Child Protection Minimum Standards.
  • Experience working in humanitarian contexts, preferably in the West Bank or similar settings.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
