Commission‑Based Marketer (Brand Ambassador)

About the role

Easy Solar Sierra Leone Limited is seeking energetic, self‑motivated individuals to act as Brand Ambassadors and promote its range of affordable solar products. The role is commission‑based and focuses on generating sales through retail, asset finance and the Payroll Deduction Scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market solar products to households, businesses, institutions and community groups across all sales channels.
• Identify, develop and convert new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Educate prospects on product features, pricing, payment options and benefits of clean energy solutions.
• Generate and close both cash and PAYGo (credit) sales, referring qualified customers to the appropriate branch.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and community engagement sessions.
• Accurately capture and submit customer information and sales records to the relevant branch.
• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• Minimum WASSCE qualification; higher education is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion and marketing mindset.
• Self‑motivated, honest, customer‑focused and target‑driven.
