Employee Engagement Data Analyst (Short‑term contract)

About the role

World Vision is seeking an Employee Engagement Data Analyst to own the data preparation for its annual "Our Voice" employee engagement survey. This fixed‑term position runs from October 2026 to February 2027 and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the global survey dataset by merging HR system (Workday) data with office‑submitted records.
• Apply business rules, reconcile records across sources, and submit a validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule.
• Collect employee data from offices not covered by Workday and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Validate returned data against quality standards, identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Serve as the data point of contact during the live survey period, handling participant queries and escalating systemic issues.
• Process post‑survey demographic corrections to maintain year‑on‑year trend continuity.
• Update manager and reporting line data ahead of results release and resolve ad‑hoc data issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work independently using detailed process documentation.
• Experience handling large structured HR or employee datasets.
• Fully remote work setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, duplicate handling).
• Comfort working with large datasets (30,000+ rows) and performing data quality checks.
