Maintenance Manager

About the role

Chicken Town (SL) Limited is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Manager for its Western Area Urban location. You will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently, supporting the brand’s reputation for quality food and service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all mechanical, electrical and kitchen equipment.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues and implement long‑term maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, workplace standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, budgets and inventory of spare parts.

Required profile

• HND or higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities for unexpected equipment issues.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
