Marketing & Operations Manager – Gambling Industry

About the role

We are an international gambling company seeking a Marketing & Operations Manager to drive brand growth across multiple markets. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution, shaping audience reach through both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Expand audience reach via billboards, influencers, partner sites and manage the partner network.
• Maintain cost‑effective CPM, increase website conversions and evaluate partnership profitability.
• Support the Team Lead in developing marketing strategies and initiate local agency partnerships.
• Conduct competitive analysis, create promotional content (videos, banners, bonuses) and prepare reports.
• Identify, negotiate and manage influencer contracts, process payments through Asana and generate affiliate links.
• Coordinate partner website contracts, post articles and track banner performance.
• Source billboard locations, negotiate TV ad contracts, develop concepts and monitor weekly performance.
• Plan and execute offline events, charitable initiatives and partnerships with sports organisations.
• Prepare detailed monthly analytical marketing reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a marketing manager, CMO or similar role in the gambling industry.
• Proven track record launching and promoting gambling brands in new geographic markets.
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, player behavior and multi‑channel brand promotion.
• Fluent English with excellent analytical and creative abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
