Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform concepts, scripts, and static designs into engaging animated content. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce high‑impact visuals for social media, web, and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Convert static assets, scripts, and storyboards into dynamic motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Create visual assets optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website banners.
• Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers to iterate designs and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and handling feedback.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy design and rendering tasks.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE system).
