Non-Key Expert – Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The project seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analyses to support programme objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate project indicators and outcomes.
• Perform impact assessments and synthesize evidence for reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and results documentation.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; French or Portuguese knowledge is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting monitoring‑evaluation‑learning (MEL), evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
