Remote Webflow Developer – Build Pixel-Perfect Sites

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites while owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure flawless technical translation of Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content architecture.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) to enhance functionality and tracking.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Maintain website security, update plugins/scripts, and troubleshoot bugs proactively.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Webflow design and development, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Solid command of Figma for design hand‑off.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
