Resident Service Agent – Part Time

About the role

The Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences is looking for a Resident Service Agent to join the team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring a seamless and exceptional living experience through attentive service and prompt assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Act as the primary contact for resident questions, offering accurate information about the building and its amenities.
• Assist with resident check‑in and check‑out processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Handle resident requests and concerns efficiently, aiming for quick resolution and high satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of local area services to give recommendations and directions.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the organisation of resident events and activities.
• Monitor building security and safety procedures to protect residents and guests.
• Collaborate with team members to keep all services and operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a residential or hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full availability for shifts ranging from 6 am to 10 pm, including weekends.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $28.90 (Mon‑Fri) + 12 % superannuation.
• Hourly rate of $33.38 (Saturday) + 12 % superannuation.
• Hourly rate of $40.05 (Sunday) + 12 % superannuation.
