Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate data collection, analyze user behavior, and recommend optimizations that improve website performance and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau for stakeholder review.
• Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to enhance user experience.
• Audit tracking implementations regularly to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
