Power Systems Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Supervisor to lead our power operations across all sites, ensuring a stable and reliable electricity supply for our telecom network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Power Operations team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance of generators, UPS, battery banks, AC/DC systems and solar installations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor grid availability, generator and solar performance, fuel consumption and site power status.
• Plan and execute electrical upgrades, prepare scopes of work and oversee site commissioning for network expansion projects.
• Manage fuel logistics and asset tracking for all approved sites.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.

Required profile

• BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering or a related field (technical certifications a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in power/electrical operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and organizational abilities, able to perform under pressure.
