Senior Associate – Investment Advisory

About the role

The Senior Associate will support transaction advisory and investment engagements across West Africa, covering sectors such as infrastructure, energy, agriculture, financial services and technology. The role involves conducting market assessments, investment analysis, commercial due diligence and preparing client‑facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments, investment analysis and commercial due diligence.
• Support transaction execution and strategic advisory engagements.
• Prepare client presentations, investment materials and analytical reports.
• Build relationships with investors, DFIs, sponsors and regional stakeholders.
• Support investor engagement initiatives, roadshows and business development activities.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation and market research.
• Track project performance and support implementation monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or transaction advisory.
• Experience working across West Africa preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing capabilities.
• Experience with DFIs, development finance or impact investing.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
