Electrical Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance

About the role
The Electrical Supervisor leads the planning, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment throughout the plant. You will provide technical leadership to the electrical maintenance team, ensuring activities follow manufacturer recommendations, Siemens Energy procedures, EHS standards and operational priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, update and issue maintenance work plans and work orders based on equipment manufacturer guidance, fault notifications and Siemens Energy instructions.
- Plan and supervise disassembly, inspection, measurement, repair, assembly and electrical testing of plant equipment in workshop and field environments.
- Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults on generators, motors, switchgear, valve actuators, frequency converters and power supplies.
- Supervise inspection and maintenance of generators and electric motors, including rotors, stators, insulation, windings, bearings and couplings.
- Allocate tasks, priorities and resources to the electrical maintenance team and coordinate activities across workshop and field sites.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes before work begins.
- Review inspection findings and recommend corrective actions to restore equipment reliability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial plant environment.
- Ability to lead and develop a technical maintenance team.
- Familiarity with equipment manufacturer recommendations and Siemens Energy procedures.
- Strong understanding of EHS requirements, PTW and LOTO processes.
