About the role

The Finance and Operations Manager will lead the financial and operational functions of our program, ensuring resources are used efficiently and in line with donor requirements. This position plays a critical role in supporting vulnerable children worldwide by maintaining strong financial controls and smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program budgets, financial planning, and regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organisational financial policies.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and administrative activities.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks while maintaining internal controls.
• Support audits and financial reviews to guarantee transparency.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in finance or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing finances for donor‑funded projects.
• Strong background in compliance and risk management.
