Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. You will turn complex web data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
