Agent Liquidity Lead

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent and needs a senior professional to lead agent liquidity and cash operations in Sierra Leone. You will ensure that agents have the cash they need, that cash‑in‑transit processes run smoothly, and that security standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team to support Wave’s fast‑growing agent network.
• Monitor nationwide liquidity status and develop solutions to address gaps.
• Plan and coordinate cash logistics between agents, banks, and cash‑in‑transit partners.
• Maintain strict SLA adherence and report any security or operational issues.
• Continuously improve liquidity processes, CIT operations, and security standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Krio.
• 5+ years experience in cash movements, cash‑in‑transit, or treasury functions.
• 2+ years experience managing teams or projects in a similar environment.
• Work authorization for Sierra Leone.
