Agent Liquidity Lead – Sierra Leone

About the role

We are looking for an Agent Liquidity Lead to manage agent liquidity and cash operations across Sierra Leone. You will ensure that cash availability meets both agent and customer needs efficiently and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team to support Wave’s fast‑growing environment in Sierra Leone.
• Develop materials and processes for a sustainable liquidity department.
• Monitor nationwide liquidity status and identify priority areas.
• Plan and coordinate cash logistics among agents, banks, cash‑in‑transit firms and premium agents.
• Minimize liquidity distress within the agent network.
• Enforce security standards and report any issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Krio.
• Work authorization for Sierra Leone.
• 5+ years experience in cash movements, cash‑in‑transit or treasury.
• 2+ years experience leading teams or managing liquidity operations.
