Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – Power Plant

About the role

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical power‑plant equipment, ensuring reliable and sustainable operation. You will develop work plans, analyse faults, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical power‑plant equipment.
• Create, update and issue work plans and work orders based on manufacturer recommendations, fault notifications and best practices.
• Analyse mechanical faults, develop counter‑measures and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Supervise engineers and technicians, coordinate maintenance tasks and drive knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Permit‑to‑Work processes and quality standards.
• Manage tools, inventory and calibration, and maintain accurate documentation in the Plant Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service or Maintenance Engineer in industrial or power‑plant environments.
• Experience with generators, turbines and multinational teams is an advantage.
