Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

The Senior Solution Consultant partners with sales and internal teams to translate customer requirements into tailored Workiva solutions. You will act as the technical lead on sales opportunities, focusing on integration and data‑management challenges across customers' technology ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of sales cycles, bridging customer needs with Workiva platform capabilities.
• Facilitate IT discussions to align the Workiva solution with the customer’s existing systems.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and other customer‑facing teams to define challenges and requirements.
• Design customized solutions that modernise finance processes and create demo environments for prospects.
• Provide project and relationship management for larger, complex customers.
• Work with partners and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term success.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, technology or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in software presales, technical consulting, or implementation.
• Fluency in German and English.
