Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a senior expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on market development, innovation, entrepreneurship and investment readiness within African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialisation strategies and improve investment readiness of space‑related ventures.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and partnership building between African and EU stakeholders.
• Provide advisory services on access to finance and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets, including market studies, incubation, acceleration, commercialization or finance access.
• Familiarity with African space markets and investment ecosystems is an asset.
