Country Growth Partner – Sierra Leone

About the role

Skills Bridge Academy is seeking an ambitious individual or organization to act as its Country Growth Partner in Sierra Leone. The partner will spearhead the expansion of Skills Bridge’s digital learning platform across the country by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with educational institutions and youth‑focused organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers at universities, colleges, technical institutes and student associations.
• Develop and formalise partnership agreements that drive student enrollment.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new students and ensure a smooth experience.
• Design and implement local market strategies to increase brand visibility and enrollment numbers.
• Build and lead a local team to support ongoing growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong network within Sierra Leone’s education sector.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, sales or education.
• Ability to engage senior institutional leaders and negotiate agreements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities.
• Open to individuals or organisations applying for the role.
