Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data that powers AI, machine‑learning and business‑intelligence projects. You will monitor, validate, and optimise data ingestion, storage, transformation and annotation workflows while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data pipelines and related workflows.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Prepare and analyse datasets for AI and data science teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Generate reports on data‑operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise data‑handling processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of operational workflows and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in data operations, analytics or pipeline management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Fundamentals, ETL training) are a plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple operational tasks.
