Measurement and Evaluation Officer

About the role

This full-time role strengthens the organization's agribusiness and community initiatives by systematically gathering, structuring and evaluating data. It monitors operational performance, measures outcomes and assesses the broader impact of company activities so that strategic decisions are based on accurate, timely information.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and structure data related to projects and business operations.
• Oversee ongoing activities to keep them aligned with targets and work schedules.
• Facilitate information collection from farmers, beneficiaries and business units.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of monitoring records and internal databases.
• Contribute to progress reports and data summaries.
• Take part in field visits, conduct interviews and verify data authenticity.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as farmer engagement, production volumes, sales figures and employment metrics.
• Record key insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data effectively.
• Experience in monitoring project performance against specific targets.
• Competence in maintaining accurate databases and records.
• Capability to carry out field visits and verify information through interviews.
• Aptitude for documenting lessons learned.
