Remote Drupal Web Developer (Full-Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. You will design, build, and maintain complex Drupal‑based web applications, ensuring they are secure, performant, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Drupal sites and custom applications.
• Create and customize Drupal modules and themes using clean PHP and JavaScript.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs into Drupal platforms.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches, and keep modules compatible.
• Test, debug, and optimise front‑end and back‑end performance for high uptime.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and support teammates.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Drupal development (Drupal 9/10 preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with command‑line tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines and Docker environments.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with headless/decoupled Drupal, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
