Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s storerooms, ensuring all goods are stored correctly, rotated, and documented in line with Radisson BLU corporate guidelines. This role supports the Food & Beverage department and other hotel areas by managing inventory, preparing reports, and coordinating with the Purchasing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Store all goods in pre‑designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the storerooms.
• Ensure first‑in, first‑out rotation and prepare monthly slow‑moving item lists.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, including price updates.
• Assist with month‑end inventories and produce daily stock reports.
• Coordinate orders with the Purchasing Manager and keep food & beverage stock levels optimal.
• Conduct daily inspections of storeroom areas and enforce access control for unauthorized personnel.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Stores Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong numerical, organizational and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts, Kitchen and other departments.
