Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Croatian‑English Pre‑Sales Representative to support a leading European travel‑tech platform. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with internal dashboards and workflow systems.
