Project Assistant – Individual Contractor (Remote)

About the role
The International Trade Centre (ITC) seeks a dedicated Individual Contractor to serve as a Project Assistant for the READY Salone initiative in Sierra Leone. Working full‑time from home, you will support administrative, procurement, event, and financial activities while delivering regular progress reports.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare 5–10 documents per month (ToRs, quotations, contracts) and ensure 100% of procurement files are complete and filed within five working days.
- Provide logistical support for all project events, compile attendance lists, and submit event reports within five working days.
- Review grantee reports within seven days, flag missing documents within three days, and keep the grant tracking tool up‑to‑date.
- Take meeting notes within three working days and answer at least 90% of stakeholder queries within two days; update the filing system weekly.
- Compile and submit six monthly progress reports covering outputs, challenges, and recommendations.
- Deliver a final summary report by 30 November 2026, including key achievements and recommendations.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Experience in administrative, procurement, or project support roles.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
