Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

About the role

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support AGRA’s work in Sierra Leone by tracking the implementation of the Feed Salone Strategy and related agricultural transformation initiatives. This role contributes to evidence‑based decision‑making that drives higher productivity, climate‑smart practices and inclusive growth for small‑holder farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks aligned with the Feed Salone Strategy.
• Collect, verify and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from project activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for internal and partner use.
• Support the identification of lessons learned and best practices to inform future interventions.
• Collaborate with programme teams, government partners and stakeholders to ensure data quality and relevance.
