Logistics and Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Manager to drive cost‑effective sourcing of raw materials, optimise logistics flows and ensure compliance with service level agreements. The role combines strategic procurement planning with end‑to‑end supply chain execution to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement long‑term procurement strategy, manage spend and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee supply relationship management, including supplier assessments, compliance and performance monitoring.
• Plan and execute inbound logistics, prepare shipping documents and coordinate customs clearance.
• Control stock levels in real time, manage raw material and packaging storage, and monitor finished‑goods inventory.
• Manage outbound logistics, ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery to distributors, retailers and key outlets, and supervise reverse logistics.
• Develop distribution strategy, including distribution requirements planning and pallet management.
• Set up supply‑chain performance indicators, generate reports and analyse demurrage.
• Lead and evaluate a team, coordinate general services and support strategic planning for procurement and logistics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to work through teams.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with factory processes.
• In‑depth market knowledge of logistics and procurement sectors.
