About the role

Seacoach Express is seeking a remote Operations Supervisor on a contract basis to oversee daily logistics activities. The role ensures that service standards are met, schedules are coordinated, and performance metrics are monitored across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and coordinate staff schedules.
• Monitor performance metrics and document incidents.
• Prepare brief reports and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support staff in resolving operational issues and escalated customer concerns.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team‑lead experience in operations or logistics.
• Effective written communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze basic operational data and propose practical solutions.
• Comfort working independently with reliable internet access.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in management, business, logistics, or comparable experience.
