Logistics Supervisor – Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will lead the logistics, warehouse and parts operations for Sierra Leone Mantrac, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining high standards of inventory control and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, warehouse and order‑fulfilment activities across all branches.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier selection, tender management and contractor performance.
• Manage shipments, customs clearance and transportation to meet agreed timelines and KPIs.
• Control logistics costs, approve supplier invoices and support budgeting.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports on shipment status, lead times and cost performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, customs authorities and other stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise and develop a high‑performing logistics and warehouse team.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• Professional logistics certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
