Power Transmission & ESIA Experts – Sierra Leone

About the role

We are assembling a top‑tier engineering team for an MCC‑funded 225 kV+ transmission line project in Sierra Leone, covering both design and construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design studies for transmission line, substation, SCADA, GIS, and ESIA.
• Oversee construction activities, including resident engineering, construction supervision, testing & commissioning, and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• 15–25+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Proven track record in West Africa, especially Sierra Leone.
• Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ITU‑T standards and IFC Performance Standards.
