Associate, Supply Chain Management, Global Malaria (Commodity Access)

About the role

CHAI is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Management Associate to support data collection and program coordination for the Malaria Case Management Commodity Backstop Fund. The role works directly with CHAI country teams and government partners in several African countries, gathering and analysing procurement and stock level data for malaria commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate procurement and inventory data from suppliers, distributors and country teams.
• Analyse trends in stock levels and forecast commodity needs.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global and regional partners to ensure data consistency and timely information flow.
• Support fund management activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, public health, logistics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or data analysis within the health sector.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies, NGOs or international donors.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with procurement and inventory management systems.
• Data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
