About the role

The OCONUS Superintendent oversees daily construction activities for multiple minor projects at overseas government sites, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective coordination with subcontractors and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and multiple minor projects on‑site, reporting to the On‑Site Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, verify crew timesheets, and ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Perform hands‑on construction trade work as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 5–10 years of construction experience, including overseas and government projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews, manage resources, and communicate effectively with clients and senior management.

Required skills

• Forklift operation license.
• Skid steer operation license.
• OSHA 30 safety training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, surveys, and job specifications.
