About the role

We are seeking a Field Associate to support healthcare facilities across Sierra Leone in adopting the Meridian EMR platform, an electronic medical records system. You will work directly with hospital and clinic staff, providing hands‑on training and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

Visit hospitals and clinics to train healthcare staff on the EMR platform.
Support teams day‑to‑day as they begin using the system.
Collect user feedback and share it with the product team.
Report on each facility’s adoption progress.

Required profile

Experience in healthcare, health IT or field training (nursing, public health or IT background is a plus).
Good digital skills and comfort explaining software to non‑technical users.
Clear communication in English (Krio is an advantage).
Willingness to travel to health facilities across Sierra Leone.
